As a Facilities Maintenance Engineer, you will be instrumental in the upkeep of the site and facilities. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Conducting routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment runs efficiently
Responding to and resolving breakdowns.
Managing a variety of building services including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
Implementing energy-saving measures and sustainability practices
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Facilities Maintenance Engineer Skills:
Plumbing and Electrical experience
CAD Experience
Proven experience in Facilities Maintenance
Proficiency in managing multiple projects with a keen eye for detail
