Position - Facilities Maintenance Engineer

Location - Milton Keynes

Salary - 40,000 per Annum

EA First have been licensed to launch the above recruitment campaign on behalf of a world renowned motorsport manufacturer in the Milton Keynes area.

We are on the lookout for a Maintenance Engineer to support our client and the wider team with the constant upkeep of the groups facilities and actively contribute to the Team's primary objective of consistently being a top three team in their relevant competition

• Ensure all assets across the company are safe to operate, efficient and meet all relevant legislation.
• Update the asset care register to ensure all details are logged once work completed.
• Continually improve equipment availability and reliability.
• Work to the TPM and PPM schedules.
• Manage critical spares inventory.
• Keep the facility in a tidy manor and repair / make any alterations in keeping with the rest of the facility.

Main Responsibilities:

• Preventive and reactive maintenance of breakdowns onsite
• Being responsible for budgeting and inventory management of spare parts to reduce downtime
• Fault-finding and using root cause analysis to ensure not-repeated mistakes
• Responsible for updating the PPM System

Requirements:

• 3 years' experience minimum in Facilities Maintenance Engineering
• Experience working with Air handling Units and within plant room environments
• First-hand experience and knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic & hydraulic systems
• Experience working with Building Management Systems (BMS)

Desirable:

• Recent experience in an automotive/motorsport environment
• Experience working on ASHP's
• Possession of an electrical degree
