Duties:
Collation of information and production of weekly departmental financial reports,
Preparation and production of monthly company management accounts,
Calculation of prepayments, accruals, stock and depreciation figures,
Processing and reconciliation of intercompany invoices and cross charges,
Processing and reconciling expenses,
Preparation of VAT data and submission to group,
Production of weekly payment schedules,
Bank reconciliations,
Produce and manage product costings,
Assist with transformation projects including system implementation,
Assist in the preparation of annual statutory accounts and audit queries.
Experience:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience at a similar level, management accounting role and complete financial qualifications (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/AAT), however candidates who are currently part qualified or qualified by experience with exceptional drive, initiative and attitude may also be considered and supported.
Previous financial experience within the FMCG, manufacturing or a similar sector is preferred.
Must have a strong level of computer literacy including Sage 50 and Excel, experience of Dynamics 365 Business Central is an advantage.
Must have an excellent level of accuracy, attention to detail and numeracy skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks whilst meeting deadlines and achieving objectives.
Salary: £30 - 40,000 per annum dependent upon experience ( may be flexible for the right candidate)
