Our client, a well-established and growing Managed Services Provider is seeking a 1st Line Engineer to join their friendly and highly-technical team on a permanent basis.
Working in the office, our client is looking for someone with a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar 1st Line role.
You will be supporting clients, providing a high level of technical support on a mixture of day to day issues and project work.
Due to the location of the role our client require candidates to have access to their own vehicle along with a valid UK drivers’ license.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing a high level of customer support to clients both over the phone and via email
- Office 365 administration
- Networking and Server administration
- Supporting a mixture of day to day technical faults and assisting with project work
- Answering and resolving support calls in accordance with all SLAs
Key Experience:
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar 1st Line support role
- Office 365 experience
- An understanding and working knowledge of TCP/IP
- SharePoint
- Experience liaising with customers both over the phone, via email and face to face
