Get out what you put in
1st Line Support Technicians are the first point of contact for our staff. Taking calls and gathering information on IT issues, so you can provide the support needed to resolve problems.
You will be available on the phone, via email and our IT ticketing system to support our staff. You will provide our staff with advice and assistance to resolve problems and passing their ticket on to the area IT Technician or a Senior IT Technician if needed.
