IT Support Technician Overview
- Provide support to customers remotely and on site when needed.
- Troubleshooting and diagnostics.
- Work with any customers 3rd party providers to create and update support cases.
- Escalate and handover tickets when required.
- Complete hardware builds and repairs to client specification.
- Monitor client services so all systems are working as expected.
- Provide regular and relevant updates to customers throughout the support process.

Licenses and Registrations
- Full Clean UK driving license
- Access to car during working hours
- Clean DBS check
