As our IT Support Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of providing exceptional service to our clients. From diagnosing and resolving inbound service requests to setting up new PCs and laptops, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations for our valued customers.
Here's what you'll be doing:
* Diagnosing and resolving inbound service requests via calls and emails.
* Documenting support interactions and resolutions accurately.
* Setting up new PCs and laptops, upgrading hardware, and building desktop computers.
* Monitoring systems and applying corrective action as necessary.
* Collaborating with senior staff to escalate complex issues.
* Abiding by company processes and procedures to deliver top-notch service.
