The Role:

As our 1st Line Support Technician, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional tech support to users. With your ability to troubleshoot problems and your customer-centric approach, you will help users navigate through their tech challenges, ensuring their satisfaction and continued productivity.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide first-Line Support to users, addressing queries and issues via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware problems, guiding users through step-by-step solutions.
• Document all user interactions and technical solutions in our CRM system.
• Assist in maintaining our knowledge base by updating and creating help articles.
• Collaborate with the 2nd and 3rd Line Support teams to resolve complex issues.
• Stay informed on the latest developments in tech support and customer service practices to enhance our services.
