Role: 1st Line Support
Location: Cambridgeshire

Due to ongoing growth, my client is looking for someone to come in and play a key role in their support team with a list of significant projects on the horizon.
You will be joining a team with an abundance of experience, who have been evolving in the environment for a number of years with numerous positive experiences to share.
We re looking for someone who is a logical thinker with a can-do attitude. You re good at building rapport, and love supporting clients face-to-face as well as over the phone.
You will have an interest in IT and either come from a 1st Line / Support Desk background or have done some form of IT in College.
