PA Housing is a vibrant and growing housing provider with over 23,000 homes, operating primarily across Surrey, London and East Midlands. We offer a range of housing solutions from affordable rent, independent living and shared ownership accommodation for those in need. There are stark differences within these regions in terms of the local economy and competitive housing markets. Whilst in the South we work in some of the most expensive areas in the country, in all areas there remains an urgent need for more affordable housing. Our business is not all about properties, it's about the people and communities who live in them. We aim to put our residents at the heart of everything we do and offer a first-class service to all.
We have created a post of Director of Compliance to work across the assets directorate to deliver the highest quality safety regime for both our staff and customers. This is a new role in our business, operating within the Senior Leadership Team. The role requires you to lead on fire and building safety, corporate property services and health and safety functions. You will be a visible, confident and collaborative leader, dynamic and proactive in your approach. You will have a wealth of experience of effective compliance, contract and change management.
This role is integral in ensuring the safety of our customers and enabling positive change within the organisation, ensuring we provide safe, excellent, innovative and efficient services.
You will have a naturally collaborative style that gets the best out of people and your ability to provide focus, support, and challenge will be crucial. Here at PA, we believe that everybody is unique, and we're committed to promoting diversity, inclusion and a culture that actively values difference. We believe that everyone is entitled to respect and dignity, and we are committed to building an environment where our employees, customers, contractors and visitors are treated in this way. If you would like to be part of our journey and play an integral role in ensuring positive outcomes for our customers and communities, then we would love to hear from you.
