SalaryWe have been exclusively instructed by a niche Private Equity firm is looking to hire a Director of UK Compliance for their London office. Joining a vibrant & dynamic working environment this would be an ideal opportunity for someone to step into an SMF function for the first time.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years Compliance experience working within a similar buy side firm, ideally with previous Private Equity experience.
- Legal background, preferable.
- Strong FCA regulatory knowledge.
- US Regulatory knowledge, preferable.
- Dynamic, driven attitude a must.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
