National ( with occasional international travel to Europe and Far East )

£135,000 - £145,000 + 20% performance related bonus + 4% pension contribution + Company benefits

In this role you will be a valued, senior leader at the forefront of various teams, with the purpose of embarking on the development and implementation of Technology, risk management and compliance frameworks, making a difference, adding value to clients and the business as a whole.

This role would suit a Compliance Director looking to have the freedom to be creative and directly contribute to the success of a global organisation with autonomy to lead and work across cultures and borders

THE ROLE:

• Drafting, implementing and introduction of technology, risk and compliance procedures in line with regulatory and operational requirements
• Collaborating with other Senior leaders national and globally, providing an independent, commercial assessment of risks, assisting the business to ensure adequate and effective controls are implemented
• Building and developing risk management and compliance frameworks and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Manage governance and risk management personnel

THE PERSON:

• Compliance Director (10 direct reports)
• Experience implementing cyber securities within fintech
• Experience implementing cyber techniques to assess risk and new technologies
• Knowledge of Cybok
• Comfortable with national and international travel
