Reed Professional Services, a Management Consultancy and technology services provider, is looking for a Business Analyst to support the delivery of digital solutions for a parcels transformation programme. This role is crucial in defining and delivering projects to build a parcels-led business within a large, established organisation.
Day to Day of the Role:- Engage in requirements management within a Waterfall framework, ensuring deliverables pass through the gating process effectively.
- Conduct process modelling to support project objectives.
- Manage stakeholders by working closely with business, operational, and IT teams.
- Gather requirements and process map in a highly governed working environment.
- Utilise interpersonal skills to communicate, influence, collaborate, listen, and manage conflicts.
- Manage vendors and suppliers within a multi-supplier environment.
- Work within both Waterfall and Agile project environments, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a unified approach to project delivery.
- Strong requirements management and process modelling skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Experience as a Business Analyst in large complex organisations.
- Proven experience in requirements gathering and process mapping.
- Effective communication, influencing, collaboration, listening, and conflict management skills.
- Vendor/supplier management experience in a multi-supplier environment.
- Experience working within both Waterfall & Agile project environments.
- A proactive approach to work and strong teamwork skills.
- Previous experience in the logistics sector.
- Previous experience working for a consultancy.
