SalaryApple Recruitment are currently hiring for 2 temporary Clerical Officers on behalf of our client in the public sector, based in Newry. The roles are initially temporary with ongoing possible extensions. These roles will require general administrative duties along with good communication skills and frequent use of Microsoft products. The ability to work within a team is also needed.
- Band 2 Clerical Officer, Full-Time, GBP10.42 per hour. 37.5 hours per week, Hours of work will be between 8am-8pm, Monday-Sunday. Newry.
- ESSENTIAL CRITERIA: 4 GCSEs at Grades A-C including English Language or equivalent/higher qualification OR 1 years experience in a clerical/administrative role.
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office, or equivalent.
- Flexible with regard to working arrangements - the post holder will be required to participate in evening/weekend rota as required to meet the needs of the service.
- Hold a current full driving licence which is valid for use in the UK and have access to a car on appointment.
- Band 2 Clerical Officer, Full-Time or Part-Time, GBP10.42 per hour. 37.5 hours per week, 24/7 rota, Mon Fri 8-4, 2-10, 5-10 to include weekends, bank holidays. Newry.
