Clerical Officer – Receptionist.

The Recruitment Co are currently recruiting on behalf of the Belfast Trust for a Band 2 receptionist to join their team based in Belfast.

Duties /Responsibilities

• Main duties include:
• Reception duties
• Meet & greet and telephony for busy phone lines
• Dealing with queries to the service
• Photocopying/ Scanning/
• Room booking and sending appointment letters

You must have atleast 1 years experience in a reception/ administration to be considered for this role.

You will receive weekly pay and sociable working hours in this post.
