Clerical Officer

Clerical Officer Urgently needed for an immediate start to work in Antrim Area Hospital. The hours of work for this post will be Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm with a rate of pay of £11.67 per hour. This post is set to last for a minimum of 3 months however this can be extended for the right candidate. The main job duties of this role will be:

• Admin duties to include typing letters/ reports, forms, memos and filing paperwork
• Deal with issues relating to accommodation booking, invoicing, meeting scheduling etc.
• Use a range of microsoft packages such as Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
• Minute taking and preparation of meetings
• General Administrative duties

What we need from you:

NVQ Level 3 Administration and 1 years experience in clerical/administrative role or 2 years experience in clerical or administrative role

What we will offer you:

• £11.67 per hour.
• A minimum of 28 days paid holiday (pro rata).
