- Build, optimise and manage Paid Search campaigns across Google and Bing.
- Work with the Technology team to test new bespoke solutions for our clients.
- How to work closely with large global companies and independent exciting startups.
- How to work directly with clients, building trust and relationships and representing the agency.
- Become certified for Google Ads e.g. Search, Shopping, Analytics, etc.
The training scheme won’t just cover the introductions, it’ll set you up for years of success with advanced technical and business skills.

Requirements
What we are looking for:
- A can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
- Someone who enjoys working with data.
- Someone who is proactive and naturally curious.
- Someone with excellent attention to detail.
- Someone with a technical mind. You don’t have to know how to code, but if you have a natural desire to learn more about coding, you’ll probably work well here.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
