We are thrilled to share the fantastic opportunity for an undergraduate to join our Marketing Recruitment Team on a 12-month placement. This placement is ideally suited to an undergraduate student who is looking to gain practical project-based and administrative experience within the marketing sector.

As a Recruitment Marketing Intern, you'll play a crucial role in our team's success. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for digital marketing campaigns.
• Assist in managing and updating our company's website and social media platforms.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns.
• Assist in organising and promoting company events and webinars.
• Create and edit marketing materials, including graphics and videos.
• Assist in analysing and reporting on marketing metrics to measure campaign success.
• Support other marketing activities as needed.

Based in the EMEA Corporate offices, you will be part of a cohort of 40+ Interns, working across various corporate teams and involved in our leading intern programme. This includes regular connect meetings, short assignments and feedback sessions designed to support your development.

What are we looking for?

As with any job, we do have certain criteria that you will need to meet to be considered for one of these highly sought-after opportunities. These are detailed as follows.

• First and foremost, Hilton is a hospitality company, and we are looking for individuals with a strong sense of alignment with our culture and values.
• Must be in your second year of undergraduate study in marketing, business, communications, or a related field at the point of application studying a degree with a year in industry.
• Must be available to start in July 2024, for the full 12-month duration.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK. If you are a non-UK national, without EU Settled or Pre-Settled Status then you will need to be studying at a UK university to be eligible to undertake a placement here.
• Must be fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
• You should be able to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A candidate with good knowledge of MS Office Suite, Meta Business, and Canva and familiarity with social media platforms.
• You must be able to demonstrate a strong interest in marketing, with an eye for design and creative thinking.
• Highly personable and able to work independently and as part of a team.
