2nd Line IT Support Engineer required for a successful and growing IT & Cloud Solutions business near Wimborne, Dorset.

Working as a IT Support Engineer, no one day will be the same, but some of the main duties you will carry out will include:
- Providing 2nd Line support to our varied customer base whilst taking full ownership of issues until a resolution has been reached.
Requirements:
- At Least 18 months experience in 2nd Line IT Support Role
- Excellent understanding of all major Windows operating systems including 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019
- Knowledge of; Team Viewer or a similar remote connect system
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure/O365 (on premise and cloud based)
- A good working knowledge of operating mainly in a Microsoft environment specifically experience with Windows Server 2012/16/19 and up to Windows 11 Operating Systems

- Hybrid working 2 days a week from home (equipment provided - Laptop / phone)
