2nd Line Support Engineer - Cheshire - £28K
My Client, an MSP based in Cheshire are looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their technical team.
Main duties
- To offer consumers first-line help desk support.
- Helping and collaborating with the team.
- To conduct site inspections and offer installation and support locally.
- To be able to precisely identify hardware and software issues and to be able to use remote networking and client site visits to fix the majority of client issues.
- To give customers excellent customer service by making sure their issues are resolved quickly, staying in touch, and updating them on developments.
- To be informed of and follow the health and safety policies and procedures of the company.
- They might also be asked to perform additional tasks as needed.
