Lynx are working with a growing Managed Service Provider based in the Hampshire area who are looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their team.
As the 2nd Line Support Engineer, you will be working within a team of five which involves 1st, 2nd and 3rd Line Engineers.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years working in a 2nd Line Support/Service Desk function
- Understanding of Change Control Processes
- Full UK Driving Licence & own a car
- Eligible for SC Clearance
- Managed Service Provider experience (desirable)
The role is office based for the first 4-8 weeks and then there will be flexible working.
