An award-winning law firm in the heart of Leeds are looking for looking for a confident 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their growing team. The primary focus of this role will be desk-based, although there may arise opportunities to address issues in person, conduct floor walks, or participate in project-related tasks. The option to work from home one day per week is available, but coverage for the office must be maintained when fellow team members are on vacation.

You will be expected to comprehend the technological needs of the company and take appropriate actions to guarantee their timely and organized fulfilment. Adhere to escalation protocols to ensure a uniform and professional level of service.

The ideal candidate will also keep up to date with IT changes such as updated operated services (Windows and Microsoft) as they proudly invest substantially into their IT services.

This role requires the n to work on call 1 in every 3 weekends.

Key Skills the 2nd Line Support Engineer will have:

• At least 12 months 2nd Line Support Engineer experience
• Excellent Windows 10 experience
• Experience with Office 365 and Active Directory
• Good Citrix Experience
• Azure
• Windows Servers
• Knowledge of citirix is beneficial
• Bachelors degree in computer science (Or similar) is desirable
