We are Looking for a 2nd / 3rd Line Engineer to join the team. Ideally you will have Server Build experience As our 2nd/3rd Line Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, configuration, and support of Windows server environments and networks, taking the lead on client projects and providing exceptional customer service. This position includes being a technical lead, supporting new client onboarding, and future planning of client IT systems. You will also serve as a technical backstop to the helpdesk team for complex issues and assist on the helpdesk as needed.

Essential Technical Experience:

· Microsoft Windows (all versions)

· Active Directory (both on premises and Azure)

· Windows Server Environment 2016 and upward

· Hyper-V virtualisation environments

· Microsoft 365 administration/deployment

· Azure AD Connect

· Various backup applications

· Networking (VLAN, routing, switching, TCP/IP, and OSI)

· Router maintenance

· PowerShell including Azure modules

· VPN Administration and Deployment

· DNS administration

Desirable :

· Datto BCDR

· Datto Autotask

· Datto RMM

· Azure Virtual Server creation/management

· Microsoft Hyper Converged cluster configuration

Successful candidates must demonstrate excellent English verbal and written communication skills, the ability to manage their own workload, and a genuine passion for IT. You should hold a clean driving license and be DBS (basic) checked or able to be checked.
