3^rdLine Network Support Engineer - Active MOD DV

• Location: London
• Salary: £40,000
• Type - Fully on-site (Security Purposes)
• Clearance: Must hold an Active MOD DV Clearance

A primary technical partner of the MOD are looking to add to their digital innovation team. This role will be working up around the technical forefront of UK Defence innovation, collaborating with various technical teams and supporting the mission of keeping UK Defence agile and safe.

Role:

• You will be responsible for working with a team of experienced 3^rdLine Network Support Engineers and your role will involve providing operational support to enterprise environments.
• The role will involve collaborating with the team to maintain remote support for the infrastructure and hosted applications.
• Day to day activities include the following: Managing the Network Infrastructure, Patch Management, Network Monitoring and Upgrades and Maintenance.

• Juniper devices
• Citrix App Delivery Controller (formerly Netscaler)
• Junos SPACE
• SolarWinds Products
