3Rd Line Support Engineer

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled 3rd Line Support Engineer to join our team in Ringwood. As a key member of the IT department, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to resolve complex IT issues. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing and troubleshooting IT systems, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 3rd Line technical support for IT systems and applications
Investigate and troubleshoot complex IT issues
Collaborate with the IT team to implement solutions and improvements
Monitor and maintain system performance and security
Document and communicate technical procedures and solutions
Requirements:
Proven experience as a 3rd Line Support Engineer or similar role
Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and applications
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Good communication and collaboration abilities
Relevant IT certifications or qualifications
Location: Ringwood Salary: £30,000 - £43,000 per annum
