The VIP department at 888 in Gibraltar are looking for their new team mate to look after their VIP customers based in Canada. This role will suit you if you are an English and French speaker and love building relationships. If you have some knowledge of the betting and gaming industry then even better! What you will be doing
- Manage a portfolio of VIP customers with the objective of retention and value extraction and create action plans when required
- Successfully building rapport with VIP customers, aiming to prolong retention and increase customer activity.
- Provide assistance to all VIP members vis email and phone
- Proactively offering promotions and incentives to customers to increase loyalty and retention
- Multi-task between VIP support and loyalty duties to reach targets and meet deadlines
- Responsible for own customers and analysing data and accounts effectively
- Meet customers face to face on events to cement the relationship between customers and VIP department
- Identify and take appropriate measures with customers exhibiting behaviour that may indicate a gambling problem

- Have computer skills with excel and proficiency in other MS Office programs

- Have no restrictions to working in Gibraltar, be able to travel and cover shifts up to 10pm
