We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual to join the Business Enhancement Team within Development & Alumni (D&A) as a Senior Systems Officer.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyse business requirements, and provide technical expertise to drive system enhancements that deliver value, business benefits and improve the user experience. This is an open-ended and full-time position with the possibility of hybrid working.
Your skills and attributes for success:
Significant experience in the day-to-day support of information technology systems.
Good working knowledge of using MS SQL with the ability to write clean, readable and maintainable queries.
Experience of supporting software upgrades or implementations to deliver service improvements with minimal impact on business-as-usual activities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with technical and non-technical colleagues.
Highly skilled user of Excel with the ability to utilise a range of formula, formatting and functions to analyse and interrogate data, as well as the ability to interrogate multiple data sets as part of a single activity of analysis or reconciliation.
