As one of our Teachers, you will work closely with colleagues to ensure the current scheme of learning is followed and adapted to meet the needs of our students. You will work with our young people to deliver an outstanding learner experience that supports the development of skills, knowledge and behaviours for them to progress to their desired next step.
We are looking for a highly motivated and inspirational A Level Drama Teacher to support within a high performing team with many learners across a range of subjects. As the only A Level Drama Teacher, you will be responsible for full delivery of both theory and practical elements of the course, following a tailored scheme of work with access to excellent performance spaces and resources. For English, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the current scheme of learning is followed and adapted. You will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons as well as ensuring students are fully prepared for the end of year exams.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of assessment, be learner focused and target driven. Learners should be supportively stretched and challenged to achieve their full potential, with our new Teacher adopting their natural learner first approach to make a real difference to the future of our learners.
