The Quality Team is part of the Academic Registry, which is a supportive and inclusive service that provides central support and oversight of several key areas, including: programme and placement support; student casework; timetabling and student engagement; examinations and degree ceremonies; and quality support.

About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Quality Team within Academic Registry on a 12-month fixed term contract. The post holder will undertake an interesting and varied role with responsibility for the quality management of the University of Sunderland's taught programmes (both on and off-campus) and the servicing of the Academic Board and its committees.

The post holder will play a key role in the Quality team and provide professional support to the Quality Manager's. They will be engaged in a wide range of Quality processes, including supporting programme and partner approval activity, external examining, and curriculum modification, as well as supporting key committee work, producing reports on quality activity, and wider communication and process improvement activity.
