Job Overview:
The Digital Resource Coordinator will be the administrative backbone of our Digital Resources and a new online industry platform, ensuring seamless operations and facilitating effective engagement between employers and students. The ideal candidate will be super organised with excellent digital administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Platform Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the online industry platform.
- Ensure the platform is regularly updated with accurate and relevant content.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues promptly.
- Data Tracking:
- Implement and maintain a robust data tracking system.
- Generate reports on user engagement and provide actionable insights.
- Utilise data for reports.
- Support with mailing list and digital newsletter
- Interactive Employer Profiles:
- Manage information about potential employers, emphasising industry requirements.
- Strengthen relationships with existing employer partners and seek new collaborations.
- Streamline administrative processes for onboarding new employers.
- Coordinate logistical aspects of customised programs, including scheduling and resource allocation.
- Administer the creation of detailed employer profiles, highlighting company culture and values.
- Ensure profiles align with the platform's standards and guidelines.
- Job Postings:
- Administer the process for employers to post job opportunities on the platform.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of job postings.
- Collaborative Projects:
- Facilitate collaboration between employers and hub users on projects.
- Oversee the administrative aspects of project coordination.
- Virtual Networking Events:
- Coordinate virtual events such as webinars and panel discussions.
- Handle logistical details, including invitations and post-event follow-ups.
- Surveys and Focus Groups:
- Organise and administer feedback surveys and focus group discussions with employers.
- Compile and present insights to inform platform improvements.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Level 2/ GCSE in English and Maths
- Proven experience in administrative roles - with excellent digital skills - MS office, Website and SEO knowledge is desirable
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
