Academy Site Administrator - Part-Time

We have a great opportunity for an Academy Site Administrator to join our Delivery team!
The Delivery team are responsible for the end-to-end delivery and facilitation of all learning programmes across Centrica. As an Academy Site Administrator, you’ll be responsible for providing a full and complete administration service for all the site and learning requirements at the Academy. This includes the logistical support at Academies for all internal and external customers.
This is a site-based role in Thatcham (RG19 4AG).
This is a part-time role. The working pattern is:Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 8am - 4:30pm.
About the Role:
Responsible for the full site administration services for all learners attending the Academies.
Responsible for the completion and submission of government funding documentation (in Scotland/England/Wales,) at a local level.
Maintain and update important learner information on internal and external databases whilst ensuring GDPR compliance. This includes the localised monitoring and processing of essential qualifications and certification data for all learners, e.g., MOCoPA and ACS.
Deliver a professional ‘front of house’ service.
Health, Safety & Environmental conformance as well as actively promoting and role-modelling safety performance across all L&D activities.
Co-ordinate schedules, room bookings, equipment and materials required for learning activities across the site.
Ensure all necessary site-related documentation is completed accurately.
Ensure that stationary ordering for the Academy is efficient and cost effective.
Effective operation of all IT software and systems.
Identify any operational and regulatory risks, escalating as appropriate.
