I have an exciting opportunity for a Site Administrator to work on a large infrastructure scheme in Reading.
The responsibility of the Administrator is to provide effective, high quality administrative support to the project's Engineering team. The project administrator has the responsibility of ensuring that the administrative activities within their remit run efficiently. The role includes: maintaining document registers; arranging & minuting technical meetings; liaising with field library & the document control centre; supporting technical admin checks (e.g. checking document revision status); using document management systems and SharePoint to manage records and providing general administrative support to the engineering team.
This is a 6 month contract role working Monday - Friday 8:00 - 18:00 and requires a BPSS clearence.
