The Role
We are currently seeking an Accommodation Needs Assessment Officer to specialise in the carrying out accommodation suitability assessments of households Accommodation Needs under homelessness prevention and relief duties, for mainstream temporary accommodation provision and private sector discharge.
The Candidate
Must have knowledge of the Housing Act 1996 and Homelessness Reduction Act 2017
Be educated to at least Level 4 NVQ or equivalent
Experience within the housing and homelessness sector
Experience of carrying out interviews, investigations, negotiations
