A fantastic Own Label NAM opportunity for an account management with Business Development skills to broaden your experience in a supportive environment. You will receive coaching to support development. You will help drive change and build on new ways of working whilst having concrete deliverables and will make an impact at both an operational and a strategic level.

A global family owned Food business, specialising in providing the UK retailer Mults with own label solutions within World Foods.
Description
A superb opportunity for a new business focused NAM with experience in OWN LABEL, to not only manage the top 6 Grocers including Aldi, but equally driving trade across new categories by leveraging existing customer relationships.
  • To achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth in line with company strategy.
  • Responsible for building strong relationships, identifying needs and developing and executing requirements to deliver against volume and revenue targets whilst also delivering the growth agenda.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements
  • Create and deliver selling stories integrating insights from market data, shopper and consumer research findings
  • Develop, maintain a strong network of relationships internally and externally to respond to customer needs.
  • Identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date with in-store and online fixtures, pricing movements and new product launches in the market.
  • Attend customer and industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date with industry trends.

Profile
Experience & knowledge:
  • Demonstrable experience of retail private label FMCG
  • Customer facing retail category management or data agency (Kantar, Nielsens etc) background preferable
  • Sales/other commercial experience
  • Advanced/expert understanding of metrics within continuous data sources (e.g. EPOS, household panel, loyalty card)
  • Category growth mindset and good knowledge of UK grocery retail market
  • Solid customer service attitude
  • Strong communication and presentation skills - able to distil data and information into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Availability to travel as needed
