Role Overview:
Due to the acquisition of new accounts, our client seeks to reinforce the Customer Support team by hiring a Customer Support Coordinator. Collaborating closely with account managers, this role will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless customer experiences and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with customers to address queries and build strong long term relationships.
- Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels, coordinating replenishment efforts as needed.
- Collaborate with the broader team to source items at competitive prices and within specified lead times.
- Generate and deliver regular reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
The person:
- Prior experience in customer service or purchasing roles, preferably within retail, manufacturing, or similar sectors.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated aptitude for building and nurturing long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in analytical and IT skills.
