Job description

Jr. Sales Co-ordinator  

We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Co-ordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working closely with BDMs, conducting surveys, site visits, audits and admin for the Sales team 

This role requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and exceptional communication skills 

Sales Co-ordinator  Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct detailed surveys at different sites to assess cleaning requirements, facility sizes, and specific cleaning challenges. 
  • Perform regular site visits to monitor the quality of cleaning services provided and ensure adherence to cleaning schedules and standards. 
  • Conduct audits of cleaning practices and procedures to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. 
  • Collaborate with the BDM team to gather data and support effective support on lead generation and appointments  
  • Maintain accurate records of survey findings, site visit reports, and audit results. 
  • Communicate effectively with new and potential clients, cleaning staff, and provide service updates. 
  • Assist in developing cleaning schedules and specifications based on survey results and client needs. 
  • Provide recommendations for equipment, cleaning products, and techniques to enhance cleaning efficiency and effectiveness. 

Requirements: 

  • MUST have a valid driving license and exceptional communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in cleaning services or facility management is a plus but not mandatory 
  • Previous experience in cleaning services, facility management, or related field preferred. 
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products would be beneficial but not mandatory. Training will be provided. 
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations related to cleaning operations will be beneficial but not mandatory, training will be provided. 
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various sites Nationwide, as the business requires 
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage time effectively.

Working Days; Monday to Friday 

Salary Range: £ 26k to £ 28k 

Location: London / within the M25
