Account Director – 3D Pos

Position: Account Director – 3D POS
Location: East Midlands – Hybrid
Salary: Up to £60,000 DOE
Our client is a world-class marketing services business and they are looking for an experienced Account Director to lead and develop a group of their key, global accounts in the Health and Beauty sector.
The perfect candidate will have experience working directly with brands and retailers on creative solutions, linked to printed production of semi- permanent cardboard displays, including FSDUs, shelf-edge furniture and other in-store displays that create theatre and improve consumer engagement.
We are looking for candidates who are motivated to develop their accounts as well as support with day-to-day account management when needed.
Key responsibilities:

- Working with the Sales Team and developing strategic plans to develop key accounts
- Managing senior-level customer relationships, maintaining regular contact including frequent site visits
- Budgeting, planning and forecasting, using commercial awareness to maximise company revenue and account profitability.
- Commercial account analysis, with the ability to communicate overall quarterly/annual progress to senior management and external stakeholders
- Taking briefs on key projects and ensuring that client expectations are met
- Leading a small team of project managers

 
Candidate requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years 3D POS experience ideally within a health and beauty / retail sectors
- Proven Senior Account Manager / Account Director experience in a print management or manufacturing environment.
- Understanding of budgeting and reporting on progress
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
