The Company:

We are working with an established insurance broker who is looking to develop a presence in the South West and are looking for experienced Account Executives to grow this presence.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing broker who has received great investment for this growth and join at the beginning of their growth journey.

The Role:

As an Account Director, you will be responsible for the growth of Commercial clients, You will be visiting clients face to face, recording insurance requirements placing into the open market and negotiating terms for best cover.

You will receive handling and claims support from established teams based throughout the UK. You will also have support via marketing and lead generation teams whilst prospecting new business.

This is a great opportunity to join a broker who has ambitious growth plans and a plan of opening up further offices in the South West with this comes a wealth of opportunities for progression.

The Required Skills:

Proven track record of being able to grow and service a portfolio of clients

Proactive nature and new business track record

Strong communication, IT and negotiation skills

Acturis experience is preferable

Driven mentality
