With over 90% of the top 100 city law firms as just some of our clients, FromCounsel is now expanding into other practice areas including Commercial Disputes, Real Estate, Restructuring & Insolvency. We have recently released new services including Document Automation and FC Training.

We are looking to hire experienced sales individuals with at least 3-4 years-experience in B2B sales within the legal sector. Experience of selling to the in-house legal market would be a bonus.
Role
As part of a close-knit sales team, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth for FromCounsel and will work closely with our Customer Success, Content and Marketing teams to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of our organisation.
To be successful, we are looking for someone who is a self-starter, an exceptional communicator and willing and able take on responsibility and ownership. You need to enjoy operating in a small and dynamic team and be able to deliver results from the get-go.
Focused on driving new revenue and building a pipeline of deals. You will be a strong closer.
In this role, you will,
- Identify and prospect potential law firms and in-house teams as clients.
- Conduct cold calls, emails, and in-person meetings to introduce our offerings.
- Manage a pipeline of new and existing accounts.
- Successfully pitch and close deals in-person and remotely.
- Deliver consistently against revenue targets – whilst remaining committed to customer success and a positive client experience.
- Follow our sales processes with an application of a common-sense and with a commercial approach to challenges.
- Ensure client account records are kept up to take with key contacts and develop a network of key stakeholders within your customer firms.
- Keep up to date with industry and product developments.
- Collaborate with colleagues to expand deal size and deliver value to the customer.
- Ensure a two-way flow of relevant information and customer insights/feedback.
- Work as a team for the most efficient use and deployment of resources.
