SalaryThe role is to assist with online enquiries whilst supporting the Exhibitions Manager in specific tasks and achieving budgets. As part of this role, you will be liaising with the sales and operation teams as well as contractors on and off site.
Some of your responsibilities are:
- Calling exhibitor lists at official shows to update company database to help produce sales leads for new business opportunities.
- Follow up on quotes to establish if the client wants to go ahead with the services.
- Monitoring the order deadline for all official shows and to be present in show meetings.
- Manage live chat on website.
- The role will involve some weekend working.
