National Account Executive

My well-established client is looking for a National Account Executive to support the National Account Manager on day-to-day tasks providing information as required. This is an incredible opportunity for a dedicated and ambitious candidate to contribute to the growth and drive of the business and sales.
Responsibilities
- Manage communication with customers to ensure a high level of service is maintained.
- Improve customer satisfaction levels by documenting, investigating, and resolving customer enquiries.
- Prepare quotations and set up new accounts.
- Process orders and prepare KPI reports.
- Plan, organise, support, attend and deliver both customer and supplier visits.
Requirements
- Driven individual with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Previous relationship management and stakeholder engagement experience desirable.
- Previous sales or sales support experience.
