Job Description
National Account Executive - Health & Beauty:
- Supporting a portfolio of strategically important accounts to achieve long-term success.
- Developing positive relationships with clients and acting as the point of contact for them.
- Identifying business opportunities with new and existing clients.
- Preparing regular reports of progress and forecasts using key account metrics.
- Collaborating with the sales team to identify growth opportunities.
- Assisting with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure operational excellence in the delivery of project requirements.
The Successful Applicant
A successful National Account Executive should have:
- A degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field.
- Proven experience as a National Account Executive or in other sales/customer service roles.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- An ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
My client's office is in Surrey - we require the successful candidate to be in the office two days per week.
