- Provide administrative support
- Coordinate and manage office tasks such as document management and meeting arrangements
- Liaise with internal teams, students, and external stakeholders
- Support management in planning and organising events
- Ensure compliance with university policies and procedures
- Maintain and update databases and records
- Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations
- Handle general inquiries and provide information to students, staff, and visitors
Profile
A successful Business Support Coordinator should have:
- An educational background in Business Administration or related fields
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently
- Experience in a similar role within the Not For Profit or Education sector
