Reed Business Support are recruiting on behalf of a Worldwide Distributor who specialises in providing steel fixtures within the engineering sector.
Our client is looking for a German Speaking Sales Office Coordinator to join their friendly team in Bradford on a permanent basis.
The role will be to maintain communication with Distributors worldwide and External Sales Engineers, ensuring that Distributors always receive a first-class service.
Duties will include:
• Ensure all enquiries are updated on CRM
• Process sales orders and provide accurate quotations to customers
• Communicate with customers and suppliers in Germany
• Provide quotations and delivery information to new and existing customers
• Ensure all enquiry information is entered onto the CRM system and followed up
• Provide product information when requested either over the phone or email
• Liaise with warehouse staff for despatch of orders as requested by the customer
• Process sample requests ensuring that all paperwork is completed and distributed accordingly
About you:
• Fluet German speaking & writing
• Previous experience within a Sales Office environment
• Able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
• Ability to communicate with personnel on all levels
• Computer Literate
• Microsoft Office to include Excel and Outlook
• Accurate and efficient Data Entry
• Excellent telephone skills
• Excellent customer service skills
