German Speaking Finance Admin and Purchase Ledger Assistant
Leeds City Centre, 1 or 2 days in the office per week
Salary: £28K - £30K plus 5% bonus. Hours: Normal office hours, flexible
We are recruiting for a leading global law firm, who have a large and growing European presence. They have lovey offices in Leeds city centre, a lovely team environment and have a vacancy for a German speaking finance administrator. The duties will largely focus on purchase ledger and invoicing. It will involve communicating with their German office and with clients.
The main tasks in the role
- Accurate and efficient processing of invoices
- These will be for clients who have had legal work done
- Timely making and receiving payments
- Liaising with the internal finance team
- Regular liaison with the German office to ensure everything is streamlined
- Managing both English and German-speaking invoices and queries

The ideal candidate
- Experience in a finance administration role preferred
- Such as accounts assistant, account admin, or payroll
- Fluent in German and English
- capable of managing both German and English-speaking invoices and communications.
- Down-to-earth, adaptable, and a real team player
- Able to work independently, flexibility
- capacity to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
