An agency in the west midlands are looking to add to their team with an Account Executive! They are a growing company who promote from within, so there is strong potential to progress in your career.
They are seeking an individual with impeccable communication, who can deliver first class service to their clients and customers and support the account management team.
Responsibilities Include:
* Various administrative tasks
* Grow designated client accounts in order to meet agency goals
* Monthly reporting for designated accounts
* Ensure invoices are correct and paid on-time
* Quickly handle inquiries and orders from clients
* Support wider account team with projects
Ideal Candidate:
* 'Tech-Savvy' and computer literate
* Must have experience with Excel, Word and Outlook
* Experience with admin duties is essential
* Experience in a client-facing position
* Experience working on agency accounts will be a huge bonus
* Must have fantastic written and spoken communication
* Must be highly organised and have the ability to prioritise tasks
