Job description

Account Manager

UPG provide a range of creative services linked to the delivery of instore retail campaigns and global large exhibitions & events. We are looking for an Account Manager to focus on growing our footprint within our most valued agency & corporate clients.

The position will sit within the business success team and is designed to focus on expanding our service offerings across assigned key accounts and contracts.

A minimum of two years industry experience is required, with retail marketing experience desirable but not essential.

Reporting to the Client Service Director, you will have the following key responsibilities:-

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Develop, co-ordinate and action campaign activities in collaboration with in-house teams and external agencies, including design, print, video, mailing, digital, paid, organic and social media, in particular LinkedIn.
  • Work closely with the commercial team to ensure messaging is aligned to generate good quality sales leads
  • Be assigned revenue targets in assigned agency accounts, and meet other key account objectives defined by company management
  • Creation of marketing materials for new business pitches and presentations
  • Build and deliver email, social media and web content using a range of content management tools
  • Work to quality and brand standards, ensuring messaging and content is consistent with legal and regulatory guidelines
  • Liaise with suppliers and partners

You must make a relevant contribution in areas where you are non-revenue accountable, consistent with that of a growing account handler, such as strategy sessions, account development, company training along with other internal meetings. Maintaining the company's image and personality.

Summary:

You must achieve agreed sales targets. We would consider an experienced marketing and media account handler for this role, but digital print knowledge is beneficial.
