Account Executive – SaaS – £40k-£50k/OTE £80k-£100k+ - Reading/Hybrid working

Targets and therefore Year 1 OTE are realistic as you will have existing key accounts to work with from Day 1.
The Account Executive will be responsible for managing relationships with allocated key accounts (split 60/40) and generating new business via qualified leads provided by the Marketing/BD team. You will also be expected to prospect for new business yourself.

Job role of the Sales/Account Manager:
- Develop a targeted long-term expansion strategy to foster growth amongst existing key accounts
- Generate leads and keep in regular contact with prospects & existing clients
- Working closely with the marketing team to help develop bespoke campaigns to relevant prospects/customers.
- Assist marketing with collateral and how the business positions itself to various audiences
- Maximize networking opportunities and regularly attend relevant conferences, events and trade shows
- Create weekly/monthly forecasts on revenue/target achievement.
- Support and mentor the junior team
What/who are we looking for?
- A proven track record in a full sales cycle role (open to sector, B2B or B2C)
- Ability to build strong relationships with existing clients but also generate New Business
- A“go getter” mindset and a strong drive to succeed in the world of software sales
- Live within reasonable commuting distance of Reading
