Workplace Nursery is seeking a dedicated Account Executive to manage the Workplace Nursery benefit for our clients. It is designed to substantially benefit parents, nurseries, and employers by significantly reducing nursery fees. The ideal candidate will be a highly organised, detail-oriented professional with a background in education, administration or a related field. This role involves managing relationships and ensuring smooth coordination between all stakeholders to facilitate the successful implementation of the Workplace Nursery benefit. The role is highly administrative and communication-based.
Workplace Nursery Benefit Overview:
The Workplace Nursery benefit is a unique program aimed at providing financial relief to parents by reducing their nursery costs by up to 39%. It involves a partnership between parents, employers, and nurseries, creating a win-win situation where parents save on childcare, nurseries receive stable funding, and employers enhance their family-friendly workplace policies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Program Coordination: Act as the primary contact for parents, nurseries, and employers. Manage the setup and operation of the Workplace Nursery benefit.
2. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain ongoing communication through calls and emails, ensuring all parties are well-informed and engaged.
3. Documentation and Compliance: Keep accurate records and ensure the program complies with relevant policies and regulations.
4. Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues from stakeholders promptly, maintaining high customer service standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in an administrative, educational or relationship management role.
- Proficiency across Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Comfortable handling phone calls with various stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Compensation & Benefits Package:
Annual Salary: £30,000 pro rata (negotiable depending on experience).
Annual leave: 25 days (excluding Bank Holidays)
The standard working week is 40 hours with core hours of 10:00-16:00 and flexible working on either side.
