Managing clients throughout Europe and Worldwide, the adopting a flexible and personalise service, as an extension to the clients' own credit control procedures, right through to legal proceedings. The company improves clients cash flow, reduces costs and have a vast effect on the reduction of any overdue and problematic accounts, whilst retaining goodwill
Position - Fully Training provided
- To provide a Debt Recovery service for a variety of mainly B2B clients. Receive incoming and make outbound calls to clients and customers.
- Strong Communications skills
- The individual is expected to promptly handle, in the correct manner, delivering a consistent and professional level of service within the ethos of the LPL Group.
- Updating records accordingly. Input customer related data accurately and efficiently.
- Be persuasive, assertive and to show empathy.
- Processing new instructions
- Due diligence checking
- Establish direct contact with customers.
- Managing & monitoring movement on instructions - CAM - Call / Action / Movement
- Reporting back to client
- Building relationships with existing clients. Adapting to meet their specific debt collection requirements. Understanding differences of client requirements
